A budget template that funders have actually accepted

I have used versions of this for about twenty applications and it has never come back with questions about the format. Categories, a notes column that explains how each number was reached, and a summary tab. The notes column is the part that matters. Reviewers are looking for whether you thought about the number, not whether the number is small.
