A training, event or programme here can have a fee, and it says so on the page with a named organisation behind it. Being asked for money in private is different: no fee to process, secure or release anything, and nothing paid to a person instead of an organisation. That is a scam - report it.

Unrestricted funding, which is rare and worth saying twice: unrestricted. You decide what it pays for, including salaries and rent. Organisation must be women-led and registered. Applications are in English, French or Portuguese.

Unrestricted is genuinely unusual. For anyone new to this: it means you can pay a salary with it. Most grants will not let you.

For this one, no. But look for a fiscal sponsor, which is a registered organisation that receives the grant on your behalf. It is common and most funders accept it.
