Two days, in person, in Kathmandu. Some travel support for participants from outside the valley. No keynotes. It is all working sessions, because the last three conferences I attended were people reading slides at each other.

We can forecast a flood three days out. Evacuation still happens on the day, when it is dangerous.

We get plenty of sign-ups after an event and almost nobody is still there by month four.
