Youth organiser. I run workshops and lose my voice doing it.

Two hours, practical, no slides about leadership theory. We work through three situations people actually get stuck in, including what to do when one person dominates every session. Run twice so both hemispheres get a reasonable hour.

We ran out of chairs, then paper, then patience. It was the best session we have had. If you are starting something and worrying whether anyone will come, the honest answer is that they might all come at once.
