Asking seriously. I have watched several good organisations continue for years past the point of usefulness because stopping feels like failure. I would like to hear from anyone who chose to close.

A short list I wrote after a partnership went badly. Who owns the data. Who talks to the funder. What happens to staff if it ends early. Who owns anything built. None of these are awkward to ask at the start. All of them are very awkward...

Two hours a month for six months. They are all pre-revenue and all further along than they think they are. What I need is people who have run something, not people who have read about running something.
